Want to host your own mosaic workshop?  I am happy to bring the workshop to you.  Organize a group of friends or family, have a party, work on a badge for scouts, or use it is a fundraiser! Here are some FAQ's to get you started:

 

How many people need to come?

8 guests minimum (Or a total of $200, divided however you choose) Depending on space, I can accommodate up to 25 people.  If you are interested in a larger group, I need some extra planning to ensure that a helper or two can be on hand!

 

How much is it for the host?

The host is always free! ( as long as there are 8 people)  If you have 15 guests, the host plus another is free. (Or choose a gift certificate for any upcoming workshop! )  

 

How much is it for everyone else?

$25/person paid by cash, check, or credit card. Once we choose a project and a date, I will set up a way for friends to sign up and pay online. They can also give you money or checks ahead of time.  You will need to have at least 5 people paid

 

Is there an age restriction?

For the general projects, ages 12 and up are recommended.  However, we can discuss anyone younger on a case by case basis. Also, if I know that I will have some younger attendees, I can plan adjustments to the project to make it more accessible for them

 

What kind of space do I need?

Hardwood/concrete/vinyl/tile floors, pretty much anything but carpet!  A garage or porch or patio would be great, weather permitting. Or anywhere inside without carpet. I am also happy to set up in your church, legion, community center, etc.

 

How many tables do I need?

As far as table space. That can vary based on the project.  Approximately 6 people are comfortable at a 3’ x 6’ table.  Plus, have an extra table for bins of glass. Folding tables, boards on sawhoarses, and card tables work great.  If you need me to bring any tables, just let me know ahead of time!  Also, disposable tablecloths are helpful for easy clean up

 

What else do I need?

Food and drinks! You can do whatever you want to make your guests at home and happy!  

 

How do I get started?

Email me at hillarylefay@gmail.com or call at 814 229 0821 and we will pick a date that works well for both of us.  Plan 1 hour of setup, 2-3 hours for the project, and 1 hour for cleanup.

 

What project can we do?

Pick anything from the gallery that you think you and your guests will enjoy.  Remember that I always bring tons of colors to make each project totally unique.  You might even have guests who choose to make up their own design that is different from the groups! (which is absolutely ok)

 

Is a customized project possible?

I am happy to design a project for a group of 20 or more!

 

Are prices different for a fundraiser?
