Fill your child’s summer with art! With a different project every week, kids will learn about different mediums and techniques. They can come to any and all classes and everything is included.
This will be ideal for ages 6-12 (if you are interested in an age outside of this range, contact me!) Projects will be scaled to age/ability and interest. If the week’s project is not of their interest, they will have access to the materials from previous projects to create with.

*My Australian Shepherd, Ollie, is with me at all classes. He is very friendly and furry!

Sometimes I have time to create larger custom windows! Here is a window I made this past spring:
I made this custom window back in the spring and finally had time to share it! This amazing, energetic couple has been working hard to bring gorgeous fresh flowers, honey, healthy foods and education to our area. It was an honor to design and create this window for them.
The seeds are made from a combination of circle and moon stained glass pieces and fused glass to celebrate the texture inside these complicated flowers. The glass is mostly from Youghiogheny Glass Company with some from a local church that replaced its windows years ago. For the lettering, I created a stencil and then hand painted the lettering with a curable glass paint.
Custom windows take time and creativity and I love every part of the process: design, finding glass colors and textures, using the kiln to add extra dimension and finally building the whole window. But getting to see them hanging in the windows of their new homes is a magical moment for my artist's soul.
It also expands my own design ideas and now I am now dying to make a gazillion more stained glass sunflowers!
